A warm, welcoming, and sensory-friendly space for neurodivergent adults, parents, and carers to connect, share experiences, or just enjoy a quiet cuppa. When: Every Tuesday | 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM Cost: Free Booking: Drop-ins are absolutely welcome! (Booking online just helps us keep track of numbers so the room doesn't get too crowded). Come as you are, stay for as little or as long as you like. There is no pressure to socialize—quiet spaces are always available.

Free Event Booking Policy Free to Attend: There is absolutely no charge for this drop-in session. RSVP / Booking: Booking a free ticket online helps us monitor guest numbers so the room remains calm, comfortable, and sensory-friendly. If your plans change, please let us know so we can release your spot to someone else. Drop-ins Welcome: If you didn't book but would still like to attend, you are more than welcome to drop in! Cancellations: There are no cancellation fees. You can cancel or change your booking at any time directly through your confirmation email.
