Role Purpose
The Activity Co-ordinator will help plan, organise, and deliver engaging family activity sessions designed to be inclusive of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Key Responsibilities

Plan and co-ordinate family activity events in collaboration with the NeuroRelate team

Ensure activities are accessible and inclusive for children and families with SEND

Support families during sessions, creating a safe, welcoming environment

Assist with event setup, risk assessments, and feedback collection

Communicate effectively with volunteers, families, and staff to ensure smooth delivery

Person Specification
-
Training or experience in SEND (essential or working towards)
-
Experience working in a family, educational, or community setting
-
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
-
Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach
-
Willing to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by NeuroRelate)
