At NeuroRelate, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@neurorelate.co.uk, quoting your order number and including photographs where possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used sensory products unless they are faulty.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 working days of receiving your order.

Delivery times may vary depending on your chosen shipping method and your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation where applicable.

• Wipe ear defenders and sensory items with a soft damp cloth after use.
• Do not immerse ear defenders in water.
• Store all items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Check products regularly for signs of wear or damage.
• Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.
• Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts.
• Ear defenders help reduce environmental noise but do not eliminate all sound.
