Cancellation Policy

Booking Training sessions are confirmed once the booking has been agreed in writing and a quotation has been accepted. Following confirmation, an invoice will be issued. Full payment is required before the training date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery Training can be delivered online or in person and will be tailored to your organisation's requirements. Final details, including attendee numbers, venue information and any specific learning objectives, should be confirmed prior to the session. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your training, please let us know as soon as possible. More than 14 days' notice: Your booking can be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability. 7–14 days' notice: A rescheduling fee may apply. Less than 7 days' notice: The full training fee may be charged. Failure to attend or cancellation on the day: The full training fee will be charged. Travel For in-person training, any agreed travel or accommodation costs incurred prior to cancellation may still be payable. Not-for-Profit Organisations We are pleased to offer discounted rates for registered charities, community organisations and not-for-profit organisations.
